Project Description

Chlorophyll Fluorescence

The measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence is a simple means of studying the photosynthetic capability of a variety of chlorophyll-containing organisms including plants, algae and coral (zooanthids). The measurements are non- destructive and can be used as an indicator of stresses such as exposure to high levels of nutrients or pollutants, desiccation, temperature extremes, heavy metal exposure and high levels of CO2.

Aquation has a range of products for your investigations of chlorophyll fluorescence in marine, freshwater or terrestrial environments.
